A look inside the training

Before you invest, see how you’ll learn.

Teacher training is a meaningful commitment of time, energy, and money. You should be able to see what you’re stepping into—and feel the care behind it.

The online learning experience

Structured enough to guide you. Human enough to meet you where you are.

Lessons combine clear teaching, reflection, embodied practice, and preparation for our in-person weekends. You are not expected to arrive already knowing how to teach.

Week 1 • Foundations • Sample lesson

Breath • Action • Gaze

Clear cueing gives a student one breath to follow, one action to take, and one place to direct their attention. It replaces performance with presence.

Breath

Inhale slowly and steadily.

Action

Reach both arms overhead.

Gaze

Look forward or gently lift your eyes.

The pose may change, but the work remains: find your foundation, organize around it, and breathe. Tadasana in every pose.
