Bio
Jules Dadulo-McDonald is a yoga educator, teacher trainer, curriculum developer, and author whose work centers on helping teachers move beyond memorized sequences and into deeper understanding, observation, and discernment.
An E-RYT 500 and Yoga Alliance Continuing Education Provider, Jules has studied Hatha-Vinyasa, trauma-informed yoga, Yin, Rocket and Vinyasa, Yoga and Ayurveda, meditation, anatomy, functional movement, and approaches to supporting mental health through yoga. Her teaching is grounded in accessibility, consent, individual variation, and the belief that effective yoga education should help people understand not only what they are doing, but why.
Through 3StepYoga™, Jules develops professional yoga education built around Ground • Move • Reset, integrating traditional yoga study with anatomy, biomechanics, breathwork, meditation, teaching methodology, and the realities of teaching people in modern spaces.
As Lead Trainer and Program Director, Jules oversees the full 200-hour training and leads the core Vinyasa, anatomy, biomechanics, pranayama, meditation, teaching methodology, professional development, ethics, accessibility, and practicum education.
