Bio

Ian Dadulo is a Filipino yoga teacher whose practice and teaching have been shaped by movement, travel, and a deep curiosity about the way people experience life.

He completed his yoga teacher training in Bali in 2017 and has since taught in both the Philippines and the United States while traveling through more than a dozen countries.

His studies have expanded beyond the physical practice into meditation, yoga philosophy, and trauma-informed teaching, completing his trauma-informed certification in 2021. Since 2023, Ian has also co-led yoga teacher trainings alongside Jules Dadulo-McDonald, with a particular focus on philosophy, meditation, and helping future teachers understand the deeper roots of the practice.

Today, his work centers on making ancient yogic philosophy understandable and relevant within the modern world without separating the teachings from their historical and cultural context.

Within the 3StepYoga™ training, Ian leads education in yoga history, philosophical traditions, major texts, the Eight Limbs, the Yamas and Niyamas, and the historical development of yoga.
